POSH chat to Damian Foo about his business.
P: How long have you been doing what you're doing?
D: I have been making Kombucha for the past 5 years, but only since Feb '18 professionally.
P: What inspires you to create?
D: My wandering mind. I get bored easily and need to constantly be making and testing new things to keep motivated going forward. I would make the worst robot doing the same stuff over and over again. It does come as a hindrance sometimes when you find yourself distracted and wandering off doing some else 5 mins later. Not to mention a huge pile of stuff 80% done and abandoned. P: What would we see on your Christmas list?
D: Bike handlebars, a straw hat and a time machine.
P: And finally... a couple of multiple choice questions-
P: If you were a crap Chrissy pressie which would you be? And why?
D: A lump of coal - I come across cold and bland to many, but once fired up I work in the background soldiering on. So happens that black is also one of my favourite colours, and I've never afraid of getting dirty.
P: If you were a summer BBQ item which would you be? And why?
D: Marinated tofu skewers - because I can be a little weird at times, but with the right accompaniment, it can just work.
